Service/Diagnostics:
Our service call includes the trip out there and the diagnosis of the problem. We try and provide various options when repairing your unit to keep cost and system performance in mind.
We offer a maintenance package that takes care of the entire system. From indoor to outdoor, we inspect the system and clean what is necessary and report any problems that need attention.
Total System Analysis
A Total System Analysis is done to determine the total performance of your system. We measure total system capacity, record all system analytics, measure indoor air quality (IAQ) and check all aspects of the entire system to test the system as a whole.
System Upgrade/ Replacement
Everything has an expiration date, although it is not our main goal to change systems, sometimes it is necessary. With many options out there now, we will walk you through a new purchase. Your HVAC purchase is one of the largest in your home and it should be done with you being comfortable knowing you are in good hands.
Combustion Analysis
We offer combustion analysis of gas fired furncases for both residential and commercial. It is an in depth analytical test done to determine a system's effeciency and performance. This is done to also verify the safety of the furnace in the home.
Duct Balancing
We are your local leader in duct balancing and duct Psychrometrics! If you have too much air in one area, or not enough, or even localized hot spots, an assessment and duct balance may not be a bad idea.
We offer the leading technology in mini split cleaning and maintenance. Although designed for server rooms, these mini splits are becoming perfect options for home add-ons or room conversions! We completely disassemble the units and do an in depth cleaning. Make sure to have your unit(s) cleaned regularly to ensure proper operation and healthy air distribution, and with options of deodorizers or Ion Generators, you can feel good knowing your air stays clean!
